First Complete has lined up 337 exclusive mortgage products for the start of the month.

This total is 80% more than this time last year.

With exclusives from lenders across the market including Abbey, BM Solutions, Nottingham and West Brom amongst others, the exclusives cater for all types of borrower including purchase, remortgage and buy-to-let with the lowest residential rate at 2.19% and buy-to-let rates from 3.29%.

Toni Smith, sales operations director of First Complete, said: “Exclusive mortgage products are increasingly important for advisers so we have been working closely with lenders from across the market to provide our AR’s with some of the lowest rates and some of the highest LTVs available in the UK.

“This wide range of exclusive products means that First Complete advisers can find a competitively priced mortgage for almost all of their clients, with a broad range of different needs and risk profiles.”
