First Complete is celebrating its third birthday under LSL Property Services and April has been the most successful month for mortgages in the network’s history, both in terms of the number of mortgages written and in terms of volume.

LSL is currently the fourth largest distributor of mortgages in the UK.

The number of appointed representatives has increased by almost 10% over the past year from 733 to 782 making First Complete one of the largest networks in the country.

Toni Smith, sales operations director at First Complete, said: “April was the best month for mortgages since First Complete began. While advisers have been feeling more positive for a while this is definite proof that the market is well on the road to recovery.

“For First Complete the last three years has been a real rags to riches story as we have moved from a loss making business to one that has become successful and profitable under LSL.

“This success is in turn helping our future success as it has attracted almost 50 new members to us in the last year alone.”
