FCA CEO designate wants &’039a fair deal for consumers&’039

Martin Wheatley, CEO designate of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has told a British Bankers’ Association audience that it was time for a “new approach”” to get the “”right outcomes for consumers””.
