The Exeter unveils new protection platform

Published on

Protection and healthcare provider, The Exeter, has launched its new protection platform using TCP’s ‘SS/G Digital’ solution.

SS/G Digital provides a full end-to-end service from quotation through to claim.

Implemented in under 10 months, SS/G Digital deploys new customer and adviser portals allowing The Exeter’s customers and their advisers to place, track and alter their cover with The Exeter online. Advisers can receive application alerts and track their commission payments in real-time.

Andy Chapman (pictured), The Exeter‘s CEO, said: “We’re delighted to launch SS/G Digital, a new and flexible platform that will give The Exeter the foundations we need to deliver our ambitious plans. To deliver the project start to finish in just 10 months is testament to the expertise and dedication of all involved.”

Ashley Hale, TCP’s business development director, said:  “This implementation reflects The Exeter’s drive to enhance their customer and adviser experience by offering extensive self-serve capability. It puts The Exeter in a fantastic position where they can deliver innovative and targeted new propositions rapidly.  For TCP this is a tremendously exciting opportunity to demonstrate the true depth and breadth of the capability of our SS/G Digital platform.”

Chapman added: “Market leading propositions need a market leading IT platform. By partnering with TCP we are confident we have chosen a best in class provider, delivering a best in class experience for advisers and customers.”
