The Exeter offers free cover with new PMI policies

Published on

South west based mutual the Exeter has launched the beginning of a limited offer giving new PMI policyholders the chance to benefit from a year’s free cash plan cover.

Karen Woodley, the Exeter‘s head of sales, said: “We know that the summer months can be quieter for advisers as their clients focus on things other than insurance, but we’re keen to help. This offer not only gives advisers another good reason to open up conversations, but also gives customers real and tangible benefits to bolster their PMI cover.”

The Exeter has offered cash plans since 2015, having acquired the cash plan book of Engage Mutual, now known as OneFamily.

Woodley added: “We all need to visit dentists and opticians regularly, regardless of our health. So by bringing these benefits to PMI policyholders, we increase the sense of value and satisfaction, both key to content and loyal customers.”

In addition to this offer, The Exeter is currently running a two months free income protection promotion to help attract customers to this type of cover.
