Exclusive deals for private bank customers of Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks will be offering a new range of mortgage products exclusively for business and Private Bank customers from 1 July.

The new range of residential mortgages offers fixed rate loans of up to 90% loan-to-value (LTV) over two and five years, and offset loans of up to 80% LTV over two years.

The products will be available to existing and new business or private customers of both Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Banks.
