Exact Mortgage Experts

Exact, which provides mortgage servicing and asset management services to residential mortgage asset owners, has been awarded a RSS2- rating for its Special Servicing operation by Fitch Ratings.

The rating is two levels above last year’s award. Exact claims it reflects the “innovative development and growth of the business” during the last 12 months.

Fitch also awarded Exact with its first Primary Servicer rating of RPS3+.

Ian Lonergan, Exact’s CEO, said: “So far as we are aware, no other servicer has received a two level increase within the last four to five years.

“We have worked extremely hard to achieve the awards and look forward to continuing our success throughout the remainder of 2013 and beyond.”
