Exact Mortgage Experts key personnel have launched a new buy-to-let lender called Precise Mortgages.
This announcement comes on the same day that Aldermore has opened its doors to new lending.
Exact have analysed over £5 billion worth of mortgages for clients and have establish a third-party servicing platform.
