Whitegates estate agency is launching its new estate agency TV site, Whitegates TV.

It claims the site is the only estate agency web based TV channel that showcases property it allows homes to be viewed 24/7 as a video tour with voice over and background music.

Buyers can search for their desired home and book a viewing via the site.

Whitegates will stream professionally produced and scripted video walkthroughs of every property in its portfolio, allowing potential buyers to explore new homes without setting foot outside their own front doors.

Whitegates is part of Legal & General’s Xperience estate agency franchise.

“The launch of Whitegates TV is an exciting and significant new way for our teams to present properties to customers and help Whitegates as a brand develop for the future,” said Michael Stoop, managing director, Xperience.

“The feedback we have received so far has been very, very positive and I am confident this innovative approach gives us something unique that adds real value.”
