ERSA gets eighth member

Gordon Brown Associates has become the latest member of the Equity Release Solicitors’ Alliance (ERSA), taking the number of members to eight.

Gordon Brown Associates is based in the North-East of England and was established almost 30 years ago, with offices in Chester Le Street, Low Fell, Houghton Le spring, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and Sunderland.

ERSA is a group of established law firms that specialise within the area of equity release and Gordon Brown Associates joins the seven current members Equilaw Ltd, Ashfords LLP, Gwyn James, Goldsmith Williams, Birchall Blackburn LLP, Blacks LLP and Scotland-based Caesar & Howie.

The Alliance was formed to promote the importance of specialist legal advice within equity release.
