Equity release legal guide brought out

Published on

The Equity Release Solicitors Alliance (ERSA) has published a new downloadable guide providing consumers with details surrounding the legal aspect of the equity release process

A guide to specialist legal advice in equity release is available to download free from ERSA’s website: &lta href=&quothttps://www.ersalaw.co.uk&quot&gtwww.ersalaw.co.uk&lt/a&gt and is designed for consumers who want to find out more about the legal processes involved in equity release.

ERSA also says the guide is an “ideal tool”” for IFAs to suggest to clients as a way of finding out more about the complementary legal process to their own financial advice.
