Envelop Network adds Bank of Ireland to panel

The Envelop Network has announced the addition of Bank of Ireland to its lending panel.

This panel addition will provide Envelop Network members with access to Bank of Ireland’s range of residential and buy-to-let products. This includes the Bank’s Bespoke product suite which offers advisers a personalised and flexible service for particularly complex residential mortgage cases, as well as access to its First Start Mortgage.

First Start boosts the borrowing power of first-time buyers by combining their income with that of a sponsor. It is also available to buyers who have been out of the property market for a while, or who need to buy a property on their own, for example if their personal circumstances have changed.

Originally launched in February 2021 as the F4B Network, the Envelop Network was renamed in September 2022 as part of an extensive rebrand by parent company Envelop (formerly First 4 Bridging).

Steve Swyny (pictured), commercial director at the Envelop Network, said: “Bank of Ireland’s intermediary proposition has evolved greatly over the past few years and they are a lender who consistently delivers a strong range of solutions to meet ever-changing borrowing demands.

“This is certainly apparent in the growth of its Bespoke product range and this lending facility offers an individual underwriting approach which I’m sure that many of our ARs and their clients will benefit from in the wake of a rising number of complex cases we are seeing across the residential and buy-to-let markets.”
