Enness offers pair of exclusive fixes

Enness Private Clients has launched two exclusive, two-year fixed rates for purchase and mortgages.

The first, at 1.99% is only available for one week and is capped at £500,000.

Enness Private Clients says the second, at 2.29% will be available for a little longer and is capped at £2 million.

Product One:

  • 1.99% fixed for 2 years
  • Followed by a SVR if 4.84% (APR 4.5%)
  • £1495 application fee
  • Maximum Loan of £500,000
  • Maximum Loan to Value of 60%
  • Application deadline – 29 November

Product Two:

  • 2.29% fixed for 2 years
  • Followed by a SVR if 4.95% (APR 4.6%)
  • £1999 application fee
  • Maximum Loan £2,000,000
  • Maximum Loan to Value of 60%
