Enness launches commercial and development finance brokerage

High net worth mortgage brokerage, Enness, has announced the launch of Enness Commercial and Enness Development.

Enness has seen a 60% increase in enquiries for commercial finance recently. It has completed the funding for complex development projects, from development in the Balearic Islands, to capital raising for business growth on an interest only basis.

Islay Robinson (pictured, right), CEO of Enness, said: “2017 marks Enness’ tenth anniversary and the launch of our commercial and development services is one example of how much we have grown in the last 10 years.

“With the current political climate somewhat uncertain, investors are diversifying their portfolios with development projects, international investment, and looking for innovative ways to grow their businesses. Our growth in the last year, launching international, bridging, commercial and development, proves our position as a brokerage who is not restricted by asset class. We can provide holistic advice on the financing of a client’s property portfolio, something there is huge demand for in the current climate.”

Nick Pendlebury, founder of property developer at Ipsus, added: “Congratulations to Enness on the launch of its specialist commercial and development teams. As a property developer myself, I know getting the correct finance in place can make all the difference so it’s great to see a brokerage who is dedicated to our market.”
