Bridging lender, Mint Bridging, is offering free valuations from today (14 March) until the end of April 2018.

This offer is open to new and existing introducers on all new loan enquiries received and that are fully completed before 15 May 2018.

The ‘Easter Sale’ offer will credit back all valuation fees to the borrower’s account, following completion of the loan.

Sinead Moynihan, head of sales at Mint Bridging, said: “We have had a record first quarter in 2018 and after our last offer was so well received we have decided to run it again.

“Our experienced team of underwrites are ready to accommodate all enquiries. With a maximum loan size of £5m, we are looking forward to some high value opportunities.”
