E.surv and Foundation Home Loans agree new valuations deal

E.surv has announced a new valuation services agreement with Paratus AMC (trading as Foundation Home Loans).

E.surv will provide mortgage valuation services for the specialist lender.

Richard Sexton (pictured), director of business development at e.surv, said: “We are delighted to have been selected by Paratus to augment their existing arrangements and look forward to developing our relationship further.”

Gavin Kyle, director of lending services at Foundation Home Loans, added: “We approached e.surv to provide valuer panel management services and were convinced of their commitment to meet Paratus’ needs in providing top-quality service to our applicants and further enhance our ability to handle changes in case volumes with confidence.”
