Dynamo teams up with Mortgage Engine

Dynamo has partnered with technology firm Mortgage Engine.

It is the first mortgage brokerage to join forces with with Mortgage Engine, a technology firm which uses Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to connect lender back office systems to distributors in a single, accessible platform.

It offers what it claims to be the “first multi-DIP proposition” in the UK mortgage market. This can result in a decision and maximum loan from each lender provided within 60 seconds.

Ying Tan, Dynamo’s founder and chief executive, said: “At the end of an extremely exciting year in terms of innovation, Mortgage Engine presents game-changing technology which I predict will transform the way that the intermediary market does business.

“We are very proud to have been instrumental in its development and launch. We remain committed to improving operational efficiency and the customer journey by adopting innovative technologies and this is definitely another big milestone along that path. We are really excited to see the impact of this latest technology as even more lenders come on board in 2020.”
