“As head of retail, my team and I will be responsible for shaping that future, ensuring we continue to deliver the excellent service our members have come to expect from us while also developing our proposition to meet their needs now and in the future.Having lived in the area for 20 years, it’s also very rewarding to be at an organisation that places the success of the local community at its heart.”

James Paterson, chief executive at Dudley Building Society, added:

““We are thrilled to welcome Simon as our new head of retail. Simon’s extensive expertise and proven leadership will be instrumental in upholding our high service standards and strengthening the positive impact we have on the communities and customers we serve.

“Simon joins at a pivotal time of growth for the society, and the entire team and I look forward to working with Simon to drive the society forward.”
