Davisons Law joins conveybuddy panel

Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has announced that West Midlands-based Davisons Law has joined its panel of legal service providers, bolstering its nationwide offering to brokers operating across England and Wales.

With a network of 19 offices and more than 400 staff, Davisons Law is one of the UK’s largest residential conveyancing firms. Founded over 35 years ago and headquartered in Birmingham, the firm aims to be recognised for its high-volume case handling and a customer-first ethos that conveybuddy believes will appeal to its growing community of intermediary users.

The move follows last month’s addition of DP Law to the conveybuddy panel, shortly after the firm was integrated into the Davisons Law Group.

Davisons Law’s director team, Helen Bartlam and Anthony Myles, will oversee the partnership on behalf of the firm. They will work alongside conveybuddy’s sales director Mark Game and head of operations Amy Innes to support a smooth onboarding process and ensure consistent operational performance.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy operates a tech-enabled panel management service backed by over six decades of combined experience in conveyancing distribution. Its offering includes support for sale, purchase and remortgage transactions – including an all-inclusive remortgage option – as well as property surveys.

Harpal Singh, chief executive at conveybuddy, welcomed the latest appointment to the panel, said: “Davisons Law are a perfect fit for conveybuddy right now. They have a deep rooted presence in the West Midlands and have always valued intermediary distribution.

“Not only are they one of the biggest conveyancing firms in the UK, but they are known for their scale, efficiency and ongoing investment in people, systems and service. This means we can confidently support even more brokers with dependable conveyancing services, while continuing to offer the regional flavour brokers and their clients value.

“We’ve known the Davisons team for many years, and this partnership is built on trust, alignment and a shared goal to improve outcomes for brokers and their customers.”

Anthony Myles, director at Davisons Law, added: “It’s great for Davisons to be joining the conveybuddy panel, hot on the heels of DP Law. Professional intermediaries are very important to us, having worked with mortgage brokers and estate agents for over 20 years.

“Harpal, Mark and Amy take a real partnership approach with law firms, which helps us all raise standards together. We know how vital it is to deliver a trusted service to clients – especially when we’ve been recommended to them.

“With our strong local expertise and commitment to service, we’re excited to support conveybuddy’s growing network and help make the conveyancing journey smoother for everyone involved.”
