CSF makes two senior management appointments

Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF) has expanded its senior management team with Gareth Shilton joining as a consultant and Kala Sreedharan becoming head of project management.

Shilton has 25 years’ experience in the mortgage and consumer credit markets, during which time he was CEO of Ocean Finance. CSF says he will provide invaluable direction and counsel to the board on all matters relating to growth strategy.

Sreedharan (pictured) moves into the newly created role having recently provided consultancy services to CSF and will assume responsibility for transformation and change as part of her project management remit.

She has extensive experience operating with companies who have a technology-led focus having held senior roles including director of sales & operations at Mojo Mortgages and prior to that VP of operations at Habito.

Jo Breeden, managing director of CSF, said: “We are resolute in our aim to become the most respected multi-channel distributor in the UK mortgage marketplace, and for this to be achieved we need a senior management team who can help us achieve this goal.
