Crystal Specialist Finance improves CrystalHub Dashboard

Crystal Specialist Finance has launched a range of enhanced features to its CrystalHub Dashboard portal.

The specialist finance distributor uses its own bespoke in-house system – CrystalHub – to offer online quotation, online application and a streamlined case management service which enables quicker completions, increased conversions and provides an elevated user experience.

From today, a range of new enhanced features to CrystalHub have been introduced, including:

  • A new personalised dashboard which ensures all personal information is protected securely and is easy to access
  • The introduction of an end-to-end case management journey
  • Visibility of cases via a personalised dashboard, providing real-time updates
  • A new document checklist to ensure all application requirements are understood from the outset and through the processing period
  • An upload feature to save processing time.
