Coventry to offer ERC-free buy-to-let deals

Coventry Intermediaries will be launching on Friday 29 July a new range of buy-to-let fixed rates starting from 3.99%.

The range will include two, three and five-year deals with no early repayment charges (ERCs).

Coventry Intermediaries is also refreshing its buy-to-let capped deals, with current payment rates starting from 3.79%.

Colin Franklin , managing director, Godiva Mortgages, said: “In today’s uncertain market many investors are looking for the security of a fixed rate but with flexibility to overpay or switch products later on without paying ERCs – our new Flexx Fixed range is perfect.
