Coventry raises LTVs and cuts rates

Coventry Intermediaries has reduced rates and increased LTVs within its residential and buy-to-let ranges.

On the residential side, the +1.75% BBR Tracker capped at 3.49% until 31/03/13 has had its LTV raised from 50% to 65%. The +1.99% BBR Tracker capped at 3.99% until 31/03/13 has had its maximum LTV raised from 65% to 75%.

The 75% LTV fixed rate has been cut to 3.40% and the 85% LTV fixed rate at 4.45% has been reduced to 4.25%.

With buy-to-let, the +2.99% BBR Tracker capped at 5.49% until 31/03/13, has had its maximum LTV raised from 50% to 65%. Similarly, the +3.49% BBR Tracker capped at 5.99% until 31/03/14, has had its maximum LTv raised from 65% to 70%.
