Coventry Intermediaries unveils new buy-to-let range

Coventry Intermediaries has launched a new range for buy-to-let investors including two and five-year fixed rates and Flexx for Term options.

New deals include:

  • 2.69% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee and no Early Repayment Charges (ERCs).
  • 3.49% Fixed Rate until 31.10.16, 65% LTV £250 booking fee, ERCs payable to 31.10.16 and no arrangement fee.
  • 3.99% Fixed Rate until 31.10.19, 65% LTV £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee ERCs payable to 31.10.19

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “Hot on the heels of our recent residential range, we are delighted to launch a range of highly competitive buy-to-let options.

“We expect our two-year fixed rate at 3.49% with no arrangement fee will be very popular with borrowers looking to keep their initial costs low. And our Flexx for Term option at 2.69% is perfect for those looking for the flexibility of unlimited overpayments with no ERCs.

“And don’t forget, all buy-to-let products include a valuation up to £700 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
