Coventry for Intermediaries unveils 10yr fixed offset

Coventry for Intermediaries has launched a range of 10-year fixed rate mortgages at 65% LTV.

It includes a 10 year fixed offset mortgage, which the mutual claims is currently the only product of its type on the market.

The residential 10-year deal is priced at 2.99%, while the offset’s rate is 3.19%.

Early repayment charges are payable to 30/06/26 and a £999 arrangement fee applies.

Darin Landon, Coventry for Intermediaries’ distribution director, said: “We’re delighted to launch our new 10-year fixed mortgages, including the only 10-year fixed offset product on the market – this offers the security of a competitive rate and the benefits of an offset product.

“Plus, with all of our products being booking fee free and including a valuation of up to £670 for residential mortgages, we’re confident that this product will be a welcome addition to our portfolio.”
