Coventry Intermediaries launches fee free options and cuts rates

Coventry Intermediaries has launched a range of fee free two and five-year fixed rates.

New deals include:

Two-year fixed

    • 2.05% fixed rate until 30/06/17, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.17 and no arrangement fee.
    • 2.29% (reduced from 2.49%) fixed rate until 30/06/17, 85% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/06/17 and £999 arrangement fee.
    • 2.75% (reduced from 2.99%) fixed rate until 30/06/17, 85% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/06/17 and no arrangement fee.

Five-year fixed

 3.05% fixed rate until 30/06/20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/06/20 and no arrangement fee.

Darin Landon, Coventry Intermediaries’ distribution director, said: “Our competitive range has just got even better. Not only have we cut rates by up to 0.24%, we have also launched a selection of fee free options starting from just 2.05% available at 65% LTV.

“Ideal for borrowers who want to lock into a great low rate, whilst keeping their initial costs down. And don’t forget, all of our products are booking fee free and all residential products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
