Coventry Intermediaries extends buy-to-let range

Coventry Intermediaries has extending its new range of buy-to-let products. It has added more Flexx Fixed and Base Rate tracker deals.

Two-year BBR trackers

  • 3.65%, two-year BBR tracker (+3.15%) until 31.10.14, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1249 arrangement fee.
  • 3.80%, two-year BBR tracker (+3.30%) until 31.10.14, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £749 arrangement fee.

Flexx fixed rates

  • 3.75%, Flexx fixed rate until 31.10.14, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1249 arrangement fee, unlimited over payments with no ERCs.
  • 3.99%, Flexx fixed rate until 31.10.14, 60% LTV, £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee, unlimited over payments with no ERCs.
  • 4.25%, Flexx fixed rate until 31.10.14, 60% LTV, £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee, unlimited over payments with no ERCs.
