Coventry Intermediaries cuts residential rates

Coventry Intermediaries has cut rates across its residential range, with two-year fixed products starting from 1.69%. 

New deals include:

2 Year Fixed

  • 1.69% Fixed Rate until 30.06.17, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.17 and £999 arrangement fee.

5 Year Fixed

  • 2.29% (reduced from 2.39%) Fixed Rate until 30.06.20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.20 and £999 arrangement fee.
  • 2.79% (reduced from 2.99%) Fixed Rate until 30.06.20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.20 and no arrangement fee.

Flexx for Term

  • 2.55% (reduced from 2.65%), variable rate, 85% LTV, £300 arrangement fee and no ERCS.
