  • 2.59% (reduced from 2.79%) fixed rate until 31/03/20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/03/20 and no arrangement fee.

Darin Landon, Coventry Intermediaries’ distribution director, said: “Further to January’s rate cuts we have again reduced rates by up to 0.20% [sic] on selected five-year fixed products.

“For borrowers looking for the security of a fixed rate whilst rates are low, we have two highly competitive options. Borrowers can choose between a rate of 2.39% with an arrangement fee of £950 or for those wanting to keep their initial costs low, a great rate of 2.59% with no arrangement fee. And don’t forget, all of our products are booking fee free and all residential products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
