Coventry for Intermediaries makes further fixed rate cuts

Coventry for Intermediaries has reduced all standard residential two, three and five-year fixed rates across 65%-85% LTV.

Buy-to-let five-year fixed rates at 65% LTV are also seeing a reduction.

New deals include the following:

4.99% residential five-year fixed rate to 30/04/28 65% LTV and £999 product fee
5.40% buy-to-let five-year fixed rate to 30/04/28 65% LTV and £1999 product fee

Jonathan Stinton, head of intermediary relationships at Coventry Building Society, said: “We continue to support the market with rate reductions.

“The majority of our fixed rates are reducing by 15bps, giving more attractive options to brokers and their clients.”
