Coventry for Intermediaries cuts select residential rates

Coventry for Intermediaries has lowered the rates on a number of mortgages by up to 20 basis points on its standard residential, product transfer and offset mortgage ranges.

The changes apply to 65% LTV and below.

New products in the residential range include the following:

  • 1.65% (was 1.79%) 5 Year Fixed to 30/06/26 with ERCs until 30/06/26. 65% LTV, £999 product fee. (Available for purchase only.)
  • 1.09% (was 1.19%) 2 Year Fixed to 30/06/23 with ERCs until 30/06/23. 50% LTV, £999 product fee. (Available for remortgage only.)
  • 1.75% (was 1.85%) 5 Year Fixed to 30/06/26 with ERCs until 30/06/26. 65% LTV, no product fee. (Available for remortgage only.)

Jonathan Stinton (pictured), head of intermediary relationships at the Coventry Building Society, said: “The next few months will see a lot of borrowers’ current mortgage deals coming to an end, so these products are ideal for those looking to secure their remortgage early.”
