Coventry for Intermediaries cuts buy-to-let rates

Coventry for Intermediaries has reduced rates on its two, three and five-year fixed buy-to-let mortgages at 50-60% LTV by 0.30 percentage points.

New deals include the following:

  • 1.69% (reduced from 1.99%) two-year fixed until 31/01/20, 50% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/01/20 with a £1,999 product fee
  • 2.39% (reduced from 2.69%) five-year fixed until 31/07/23, 50% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/07/23 with a £1,999 product fee

Kevin Purvey, director of intermediaries, said: “We’re delighted to make reductions on our buy-to-let mortgages, with a range of options for brokers looking for competitive products at 50-65% LTV for their clients. Our buy-to-let products are also application fee free and include a valuation of up to £700.

“Plus, for brokers’ residential clients with a smaller deposit, we’ve reduced rates on our five-year fixed 90% LTV products by up to 0.16%. We also offer £500 cashback on fixed residential completions for first time buyers and home movers and our remortgage transfer service for remortgages.”
