Coventry for Intermediaries cuts all residential fixed rates

Coventry for Intermediaries has reduced all owner-occupier fixed rates.

Two, three and five-year options have all reduced, with some products lowered by up to 45bps. Offset and Interest Only rates have also been cut.

New deals include:

  • 5.05% fixed rate to 30/04/25 85% LTV and £999 product fee (45bps reduction)
  • 4.69% fixed rate to 30/04/28 65% LTV and £999 product fee (30bps reduction)

Jonathan Stinton (pictured), head of intermediary relationships at Coventry Building Society, said: “Market conditions are improving, allowing us to pass on price reductions across a number of products.

“This gives brokers a range of attractive options to discuss with their clients – including two-year, three-year, and five-year rates, as well as offset and interest-only products, which are all benefitting from a reduction.”
