Countrywide Surveying Services renews agreement with Leeds BS

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), the supplier of valuation panel management services, has announced the renewal of its partnership with Leeds Building Society through a contracted appointment to remain the lender’s lead valuer and panel manager.

CSS began working with Leeds Building Society in April 2017 and has subsequently held the position of lead valuer and panel manager ever since.

Matthew Cumber, managing director of Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “We greatly value the excellent relationships that we continue to build with all our lender clients and are delighted that Leeds Building Society have chosen to renew their relationship with us.”

Yvonne Langley-Brook, head of mortgage lending at Leeds Building Society, added: “With many shared values, working with Countrywide is genuinely a partnership founded on integrity and collaboration and we look forward to working closely with the team going forward.”
