Countrywide Surveying Services becomes Leek BS’s valuation and surveying services partner

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), a supplier of surveying and valuation panel management services, has announced its appointment by Leek Building Society as their valuation and surveying services partner.

CSS panel manages and undertakes valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders and employs over 600 personnel, including over 400 in-house RICS qualified Registered Valuers covering most UK postcodes.

Leek Building Society offers mortgages, savings, insurance and financial planning services nationwide, have 12 branches across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire, and a dedicated Head Office in Leek.

Matthew Cumber (pictured), managing director of Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “The choice of options available to a wide and diverse range of borrowers is undoubtedly due in no small part to a healthy and innovative building society sector and so we are proud to have been appointed by the Leek as their valuation and surveying services partner.
