Countrywide Corporate Property Services appoints new property sales director

Richard Freedman has been appointed as property sales director for Countrywide Corporate Property Services, Countrywide’s asset management business.

He will be responsible for assisting in the development of the business and will report to Mike Spencer, managing director of Countrywide Corporate Service.

Originally joining Bradford & Bingley as a key account manager, Freedman went on to take responsibility for a cross section of third party supplier management in 2008, working closely with Bradford & Bingley’s key debt management suppliers.

Nigel Stockton, fnancial services director at Countrywide, said: “Richard’s first hand understanding of lender’s requirements will bring a valuable perspective to the Corporate Property Services management team and will help us to enhance our existing market leading service proposition.””
