Countrywide continues lettings office expansion

Published on

Countrywide has opened its 100th new lettings office in 14 months.

The new office based in the Exeter Fulfords Paris Street branch takes the total number of lettings offices to over 330.

Countrywide said the move was part of an ongoing programme to open up lettings departments in estate agency offices across the country.

In 2010, Countrywide made an investment of £5 million in launching a lettings service model to offer consumers an “all-round service proposition”” in its branches. It is targeted not just at individual tenancies and first time landlords but also catering for investors looking to increase or let their buy-to-let portfolios.
