Conveybuddy launches new conveyancing broker portal

Published on

Conveybuddy has launched its new conveyancing portal which features cutting edge technology, enabling significant cost savings that can be passed directly onto customers.

Unlike certain other conveyancing panel management services, conveybuddy does not take a large slice of any fee, whilst also providing full transparency of fees at quotation for the client.

Introducers are provided with a bespoke quoting portal that enables them to choose the best providers for their clients’ conveyancing needs.

The range of products offered includes surveys and, an ‘all-inclusive remortgage’ that includes all disbursements and a fixed referral fee. Referral fees are paid the week after exchange on purchases and the week after completion on remortgages.

The team is led by Harpal Singh and John Phillips who both return to the conveyancing market after nearly five years. Phillips joined Conveyancing Alliance (CAL) in 2006 and Singh in 2009 before launching the Broker Conveyancing brand in 2012 shortly after orchestrating an MBO. They subsequently sold the group in 2016 and resigned from the board at the end of 2019.

Harpal Singh (pictured), CEO at conveybuddy, said: “The panel management conveyancing model for introducers hasn’t changed since we’ve been gone, but what has changed is a steady increase in panel fees and a lack of transparency as panels have sought to increase their margins.

“Our model, which embraces market leading technology, seeks to revolutionise this status quo. By understanding exactly what intermediaries want, we feel we have created a solution that leads the market – in terms of pricing, technology, service, and support.”
