Conveybuddy adds Your Conveyancer to transactional conveyancing panel

Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has expanded its transactional conveyancing panel with the addition of legal firm Your Conveyancer.

The appointment sees Your Conveyancer become available to broker users seeking purchase and sale conveyancing services.

Your Conveyancer has already been active on conveybuddy’s remortgage conveyancing panel since spring 2025. Its inclusion on the transactional panel extends its involvement with the platform and broadens the choice available to advisers using conveybuddy for sale and purchase cases.

Your Conveyancer is a multi-jurisdictional law firm led by joint managing directors Adam Forshaw and Martin Bourke, and is able to act on legal matters across England, Scotland and Wales.

Forshaw and Bourke are former partners at O’Neill Patient Solicitors, where they previously worked with members of the conveybuddy management team during their time at an earlier business.

The firm provides a dedicated conveyancing team to conveybuddy broker users and their clients, including fee earners Joe Allen, Jess Bainbridge, Claire Ryder and Karlie Hudson.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy provides a tech-enabled panel management service supported by more than 80 years of combined conveyancing distribution expertise. The platform offers advisers a transparent and streamlined solution across sale, purchase, remortgage, including an all-inclusive option, and survey cases.

Harpal Singh, chief executive at conveybuddy, said: “Your Conveyancer joined our remortgage panel early last year and quickly became a strong option for brokers using our all-inclusive fixed-price remortgage service.

“The feedback has been clear; brokers value the service, the pricing works for clients, and the cases are handled well. Adding them to our transactional panel for purchase and sale work was therefore a natural next step based on that performance.

“We have known Adam and Martin for over 20 years having worked with them through their time at O’Neill Patient Solicitors, where they played a major role in building a very successful business.

“Their new operation brings that same experience and focus, supported by a dedicated team working on conveybuddy cases across all transaction types. This expansion strengthens our panel and gives brokers another trusted choice for transactional conveyancing.”

Adam Forshaw, joint managing director at Your Conveyancer, added: “We are delighted to be working with the team at conveybuddy, having known them and their values for so many years.

“Mortgage brokers are a key component of our distribution and conveybuddy gives us access to this important and valued source of referrals.

“Our system integration with the conveybuddy portal gives users complete transparency on case progress with real-time updates every step of the way.”
