Conveybuddy has added Talbots Law to its conveyancing panel, bringing one of the Midlands’ largest residential property practices into its adviser-facing network.

Talbots Law, an employee-owned firm operating across Worcestershire, Shropshire, Cheshire and the West Midlands, handles more than 20,000 home moves each year. The volume places it among the country’s top law firms for conveyancing activity.

The firm will provide a dedicated team to support conveybuddy users, handling transactional cases and delivering updates from its Waterfront office in Brierley Hill near Dudley. Talbots currently runs 18 branches across the Midlands.

Conveybuddy, launched in 2024, offers a technology-enabled panel management service designed to streamline sale, purchase and remortgage instructions, including all-inclusive remortgage options, as well as survey referrals.

Its leadership team has more than 80 years of combined conveyancing distribution experience.

Harpal Singh, chief executive at conveybuddy, said: “Talbots have built an incredibly strong reputation in the conveyancing sector and they understand what advisers need from a conveyancing firm.

“Bringing them onto the panel gives our users more choice from a team that deals with high volumes while still keeping a close eye on service.”

He said: “We want advisers to feel they can rely on the firms we put in front of them, and Talbots fit that very well. Their set-up, their reach across the region, and their focus on clear updates should help advisers and their clients move with fewer delays.”

Callum Haynes, sales director at Talbots Law, said: “We’re genuinely excited to be working with everyone on the Conveybuddy team and really looking forward to seeing the partnership grow.”
