Conveybuddy adds DP Law to conveyancing panel to boost regional reach in Wales

Published on

Conveyancing platform conveybuddy has announced the addition of Welsh legal firm DP Law to its panel, as it looks to strengthen its offering to brokers across England and Wales with a focus on regional depth and trusted local service.

DP Law, which operates from offices in Cardiff and Bridgend, joins the tech-enabled conveyancing distributor as part of a broader strategy to blend national reach with regional expertise. The firm, previously known as David Prosser in Bridgend, was acquired by Davisons Law in October 2024. Davisons Law now operates 19 offices and employs over 400 staff, handling thousands of transactions each year.

The new partnership is being positioned as a targeted offer for mortgage brokers in Wales seeking local conveyancing support, though DP Law’s services will be available throughout England and Wales. Conveybuddy said the addition of the firm is intended to provide introducers with further choice and reassurance, particularly for clients who value a personal service backed by scale and experience.

The relationship with conveybuddy will be led by Paige Logan at DP Law, with oversight from Helen Bartlam, director at Davisons Law. The move marks another milestone for conveybuddy, which launched in 2024 and offers a broker-focused panel management solution with a combined 60 years’ experience in the sector. Its proposition covers sale, purchase, remortgage – including an all-inclusive option – and survey services.

Harpal Singh (pictured), chief executive at conveybuddy, said the appointment of DP Law was a key step in expanding the reach and reputation of the platform among brokers in Wales.

“Welcoming DP Law to our panel is another major step forward in the development of the conveybuddy proposition,” he said. “Not only do we now have one of the best-known and most trusted Welsh law firms available to our introducers, but with Davisons Law as their parent, DP Law combines local knowledge with national strength. Welsh brokers in particular can now offer clients a local service with the reassurance of scale and capacity behind it. We’re excited about this partnership and what it will deliver to brokers and their clients alike.”

Helen Bartlam, director at DP Law, said the partnership offered the firm an opportunity to bring its values of personal and reliable service to a wider broker base.

“We’re absolutely delighted to be joining the conveybuddy panel and to be working with Harpal and the team again, as their passion for raising standards in conveyancing is something we really value,” she said. “At DP Law we’re all about delivering a personal, trusted service, and this partnership gives us the opportunity to do just that for even more brokers and their clients. With our strong local expertise and commitment to service, we’re excited to support conveybuddy’s growing network and help make the conveyancing journey smoother for everyone involved. We’re all looking forward to what’s to come.”
