Conveyancing Alliance rebrands as CAL

Published on

Conveyancing Alliance has unveiled a major rebrand as CAL, bringing its offering under a single master brand with two distinct product lines: Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing.

The refreshed identity marks a new chapter for the business after years of growth, industry recognition and investment.

CALBuilt on a long-standing reputation in both the broker and estate agency sectors, CAL connects members with trusted conveyancers who deliver a seamless service for clients.

Now part of Movera, the home-moving group on a mission to make moving “something worth celebrating, not just tolerating”, CAL’s new structure is designed to cut through complexity.

DEFINED PRODUCT BRANDS

Broker ConveyancingBrokers and agents will be served via clearly defined product brands, while the CAL name itself becomes the umbrella identity.

The relaunch features a new visual identity, with a bookmark-inspired logoAgent Conveyancing – symbolising the way advisers and agents access CAL’s portal – cleverly integrated with the outline of a building.

Alongside the rebrand, CAL has committed to a programme of digital upgrades, product enhancements and team investment aimed at making transactions simpler, faster and less stressful.

Mark Tosetti, CEO at CAL, said: “The new identity and product structure have been shaped by broker and agent feedback. Our mission is clear – to help brokers and estate agents win.

“By unifying our brands under CAL, we are making it clearer for our partners and their clients to understand who we are, what we stand for and the value we deliver.

“This is about clarity, consistency and building even stronger relationships across the mortgage and property sector.”

BUILT ON TRUST

And he added: “CAL’s rebrand is a celebration of what the team (main picture) has built with brokers and agents over many years, and a statement of where we’re headed.

“Our relationships are genuine, built on trust and empathy and have grown over time. This evolution is a true reflection of our people and the skills, passion and promises they bring to work every day.”
