Conveyancing Alliance broadens bespoke offering

Published on

Conveyancing Alliance Ltd has now made its bespoke conveyancing solutions proposition available to all sizes of advisory practice.

Previously bespoke solutions were only offered to larger practices but recent amendments to the Conveyancing Alliance proposition means that all firms who wish to increase their conveyancing business can operate a tailored system.

Bespoke solutions allows the firm to put in place its own unique pricing structure plus they can also chose to work with a limited panel of solicitor firms rather than the full 11 panel members. Firms that opt for the bespoke solution can also benefit from their own dedicated resources at both Conveyancing Alliance and the solicitor firms themselves.

Conveyancing Alliance recently created a bespoke proposition for national mortgage advisers, Mortgage Options. The Grantham-based firm came to Conveyancing Alliance looking for a tailored solution that would be more effective for its business and allow it to increase the volume of conveyancing recommendations it provides to clients.

Mortgage Options says the new solution gives it a focused solicitor panel and a more competitive company-specific pricing structure for exclusive use by its advisers, as well as better commercial terms.

Harpal Singh , managing director of Conveyancing Alliance Ltd, said: “In this day and age firms should not have to work with vanilla conveyancing solutions which do not work specifically for that firm
