Connells develops tranche management system

Connells Group has launched eTMS, a new electronic tranche management system for its restricted Panel of Lenders

Connells mortgage model already includes controlling the end to end processing of its entire nationwide mortgage distribution through a mortgage business centre

eTMS enables each of its employed mortgage consultants to book funds electronically providing surety for the lender on its mortgage funding exposure.

Ross Bowen, group mortgage director for Connells, said: “eTMS is a major breakthrough for lenders and customers. Our Panel Lender partners now have complete control over their mortgage distribution through our businesses
