Connect Overseas has unveiled a white label, foreign mortgage sourcing system for brokers.

The international mortgage specialist’s new online service allows brokers to source and apply for international mortgages direct with the mortgage provider and get paid 100% of the commission.

Geoff Simmonds, head of operations at Connect Overseas, claimed that the new facility provides brokers with all the tools and information they need to offer a fully comprehensive mortgage service to their clients.

“The system we have devised gives brokers the best of both worlds,” he explained.
“Either they can contact a bank directly for decision in principle or formal mortgage offer and get paid the full procuration fee. Alternatively they can apply using one of our support services, which includes our packaging service, quick refer service and off panel placement facility, to fit in with the way they want to work.

“The beauty of the service is that it opens up the doors of international mortgages to every broker. The system has been designed to be detailed yet simple to use, to give the broker the confidence to discuss foreign mortgages with their clients, regardless of their experience.”

He added: “Members will also be able to access useful marketing tools, personalised quotations, case tracking facilities and complementary services through the system, as Connect Overseas Pro offers a fully comprehensive service to mortgage brokers.”
