Connect Mortgages expands bridging panel

Published on

Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has joined the Connect Mortgages panel.

This means Connect Mortgages’ clients now have access to MFS’ full range of bridging loan products and services.

By joining Connect Mortgages’ panel, MFS will be offering bespoke bridging loan packages starting from £100,000. The partnership also means that international investors interested in UK property now have access to bridging loans – MFS sees itself as being a ‘go to’ for overseas clients – simplifying what can be a complex process for this kind of property investor.

MFS’ new arrangement with Connect Mortgages is part of its long-term strategy to increase the number of brokers and professional clients who are able to access its financial products. It will be forming similar partnerships over 2020.

Richard D’Souza, a senior underwriter at MFS, said: “Since the 2019 general election, we’ve noticed a huge uptake in interest for UK real estate, particularly from international investors.

“We’re very excited to be working with Connect Mortgages and look forward to working with their clients over the coming months.”

Liz Syms (pictured), CEO of Connect Mortgages, added: “To provide our clients with the best financial options relevant to their circumstances, our aim is to partner with the UK’s leading lenders.

“I am pleased to welcome MFS to our panel as one of over 130 lenders we currently work with.”
