Published on

Connect IFA has made major leadership appointments as it ramps up its growth plans and support for advisers and network members.

Kevin Thompson

Kevin Thomson is taking on the newly created role of Corporate Director. In this role, he will focus on expanding the Appointed Representative (AR) network whilst continuing to provide vital support to existing ARs through the dedicated field-based business relationship manager team.

Connect IFA says his leadership will be instrumental in ensuring its network proposition keeps evolving to support existing and new members.

Niall Hebron

As a consequence, Niall Hebron has been appointed as sales director. He will oversee the internal advisers, as well as the specialist placement and packaging teams.

In addition, Jane Benjamin, director of mortgages, will now oversee all the lender relationships.

Jane Benjamin

Benjamin will ensure that advisers have the visibility and access to lenders and providers across all the product areas.

Liz Syms

Liz Syms, CEO at Connect IFA, said: “These leadership appointments reflect our commitment to providing outstanding support to all areas of our business,” said  Ltd.

“Kevin, Jane, and Niall each bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will enable us to strengthen our adviser network, enhance our lender relationships, and optimise our internal operations.

“We are confident that these changes will help us achieve our growth ambitions for 2025 and beyond.”
