Connect Mortgages has been appointed by Precise Mortgages to field enquiries directly from brokers interested in the lender’s latest Home Owner product range.

The distributor claims Precise’s new range is popular with brokers and that further recent criteria enhancements will further increase broker interest.

Kevin Ward, head of operations for Connect Mortgages, said: “Coming on the back of being chosen as one of Precise’s partners to market their new enhanced LTV range, we are delighted to be asked to act as a point of immediate contact for the many brokers who have been very enthusiastic about the new Precise range.”

Roger Morris, sales director at Precise Mortgages, said: “It is important that we are able to offer the best of service to our supporting brokers.

“In the aftermath of the huge interest generated by our latest offering, we have asked a select number of our key partners including Connect to help us to maintain our high service standards for brokers.”
