Complete FS outlines its expo plans

Complete FS is to hold its 14th annual Specialist Lender Expo at the Meon Valley & Country Club, near Southampton on 21 September.

This year’s event is based on a ‘Circus Big Top’ theme and Complete is expecting its largest attendance, with the biggest selection of specialist lenders this year.

The day starts with Stephen Johnson, CEO of Shawbrook Bank, this year’s main sponsor, discussing the effect of Brexit on the specialist lending arena.

Delegates will see nine keynote ringmasters and a variety of circus acts performing in between speakers. Free popcorn and candy floss, sponsored by Axis Bank and Foundation Home Loans, will also be available throughout the day. 20 specialist lenders have already confirmed their attendance with more to follow.

After lunch, delegates can then take part in the afternoon’s activities which include golf, sailing and use of the Meon Valley’s leisure facilities. For the golfers, Complete FS is offering the chance to win a Brand new Peugeot SUV valued at £15,000 for a hole in one on the Par 3 12th hole. In addition, a three-night stay at Praia del Rey, Portugal and a two-night stay for four people at the Forest of Arden are up for grabs on the Par 3 4th and Par 3 7th hole respectively.

Tony Salentino (pictured), Complete FS director, said: “Advisers have told us that their customers are facing a growing number of borrowing challenges. These are just the kind of issues that require the solutions that our attending lenders are specialists at providing.

“I would urge every broker with an interest in helping customers find the right funding for the widest variety of purposes to get in touch via our website and book a place.

“With my ringmaster’s hat on, I would say to brokers, ‘Come on down! You would be a clown not to attend the biggest show in town.'”
