Complete FS latest firm to join SmartrRefer panel

Complete FS has been added to Legal & General Mortgage Club’s SmartrRefer panel, which officially launched to advisers on 30 September.

SmartrRefer is a new initiative which provides club members with access to a network of partners who specialise in providing information and practical lending solutions to customers requiring help with cases, which are outside normal high street criteria or of a more complex nature.

Panel members, like Complete FS, provide specialist support in a variety of lending sectors which include second charge lending, complex buy-to-let, commercial finance, bridging finance, overseas mortgages, self-build and HNW lending.

Tony Salentino (pictured), director of Complete FS, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen as a member of the SmartrRefer panel. It recognises the value that Legal & General Mortgage Club attaches to our proposition and the many and varied ways in which we can help educate members about the specialist lending sector. In addition, our full referral service further enhances the value we can add.

“As a packager/distributor with one of the best records for completing business in the sector, we are looking forward to working with Mortgage Club members.”

Craig Hall, head of broker relationships and proposition, Legal & General Mortgage Club, added: “SmartrRefer aims to provide our members with a reliable resource they can trust to source the answers they need for borrowers in these  product niches.

“Complete FS has passed our thorough due diligence process and with their 25 years’ experience we are confident they will meet the needs of our members.”
